We recognize that through our role in facilitating the movement of ships and cargo and particularly through our provision of support services we can play a role in supporting our customers in the sound management of environmental and health and safety performance issues. In all our partnerships with customers and suppliers, we will, wherever we operate:

• To be considered as appropriate, environmental, health and safety issues, and the risks associated with our activities taking account of the needs of our principals, customers, employees, shareholders and the local communities in which we operate;
• Apply a systematic approach to the management of environmental safety, health and safety personnel to comply with applicable legislation and continuous improvement of our performance;
• Strive to achieve compliance with relevant local or international environmental and health and safety legislation – in particular, we will not knowingly be involved in movement of goods or provision of services which are banned under national or international law;
• Provide staff with appropriate guidance to assist them in the implementation of the EH&S policy;
• Require of suppliers (contractors) compliance with our EH&S policy;
• Define goals for the optimization of our activities, monitor, review and report, as appropriate, on implementation of our environmental, health and safety policy.

The management of the Company acknowledges and accepts that no employee whose mind may be affected by alcohol, drugs or harmful substances shall take any action in relation to ships or cargo or operate the equipment of the Company.
The management of the Company prohibits having alcohol in the offices of the Company and its use. Employees of the Company must not drink alcohol in places where it is prohibited by law.
The company supports the guidelines of the STCW Convention and the OCIMF recommendations that all personnel should observe abstinence from alcohol in the period before the scheduled watch or work.
The misuse of narcotic substances, potent drugs of legal origin, or the use, possession, distribution or sale of illegal or not prescribed (by a doctor) drugs in the offices of the Company, or by employees of the Company, is prohibited.
